Another way of dealing with finances.. Buy play money that looks like a real money to put some in your wallet let the money build save yourself I deserve this money let yourself get used to being worth it
Fear is just an illusion... Pretend that you were running with fear run and it is in front of you, keep running the fear is winning the Race. Now pretend you are erasing the fears by moving your hands to erase the fear, stop, breath. Can you feel it leaving. Now replace it with the opposite goal of something positive. Feel it succeed. Now it's winning. Go for it. Yeah you won
Now when you are doing well.. Remind yourself you did it. Remind yourself that when you are down the next time that you did it. This way it will build your confidence and you will learn that you can do whatever you put your mind to.
Go for a walk.. Find a place of peace. Get some exercise. Let go and be one with nature (eg: walking the river Valley)
Deal with yucky stuff..
That's where a counselor comes in. A Dr. Can refer you. Deal with the past. This is also part of the healing process.

Pick up a book by Louise hay - called - you can heal your life.. Rewrite the book in an "I format" I can heal my life. Th is helps retrain your thoughts from negative to positive.

Treasure map or visualization boards... Take your goals & put them in picture format (for eg:ask yourself what do you want for yourself) look for pictures from books & magazines, cut them out & put them on a board. Put them in at the end of your bed or in your office a place where you can see them daily. This is a way to train your mind into accepting & believing you have a right to it.
Deal with your finances... To get out of debt Write out all your debts. Smallest to largest, Pay smallest first. then cross off. Give yourself a small treat, Then pay next debt. Give yourself a bigger treat. As you get to big debts, Negotiate with debtors.
